Computer
When most people see the word "machine," they think of a PC, e.g., a screen or laptop. Yet, computers come in numerous forms and sizes, and they perform many different functions in our everyday lives. When you withdraw money from the ATM, buy groceries in the shop, or use the computer, you're using this kind of machine.
What is a machine? A machine is an electronic device that is designed to handle data. "Computer" is derived from the Latin verb "computare," which means "to compute" or "to program a device." A computer cannot do anything without the system. It presents the decimal numbers through a sequence of multiple digits. The word "computer" commonly refers to the middle processor unit plus inner storage. A machine is an innovative electronic device that takes raw information as input from an individual, processes it using a set of codes (called a system), produces the result (output), and saves the output for future use. It will affect both mathematical and non-mathematical (arithmetic and analytic) calculations.
