Acid rain

 

Acid rain is a phenomenon that occurs when certain pollutants are released into the atmosphere, such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides, and react with water vapor to form acids. These acids then fall back to Earth in the form of rain, snow, or fog, potentially causing harm to the environment, wildlife, and even human health.
